TOURNAMENT RULES

The rules for all CYSA-sanctioned tournaments are pre-approved by the CYSA-North board of directors.  Please note this year we have added financial penalties for withdrawing from the tournament. These penalties are above the CYSA recommended fines, and increase in severity for withdrawing closer to the tournament date. CYSA has granted permission to impose our fines based on the need to discourage teams that cause chaos with lack of organization.

In addition to these rules, there is a penalty for forfeiting a championship or consolation game without agreement by the two coaches involved. Sporting behavior is everything!
