General Information: This tournament is women's high school, open, recreational, and over 30/40 divisions, and limited to 32 teams.

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all the divisions are filled. Teams will be emailed immediately upon application receipt . All teams (up to 32) will be accommodated with their first choices if at all possible, but a second choice means teams have a higher probability of fitting into the tournament. Any rejections will be made both by email and USPS mail as soon as on or before June 30. Rejected teams will receive a full refund and be put on a waiting list. Tournament schedules, rules, and roster sheets will be emailed and sent by mail, on or before August 15. The schedule will also be posted on this website.

Cancellations: If accepted teams cancel by letter postmarked on or before July 15, they will receive a full refund. Teams canceling after that date will forfeit their registration fee, unless another team takes their place from the waiting list.

Lodging: The Mendocino Coast is a tourist destination, and lodging without reservations can be challenging in the summer. The Mendocino Chamber of Commerce has some good information on-line about member motels http://www.mendocinocoast.com/, and the web yellow pages www.yellowpages.com has even more if you look under the assortment of Inns, hotels, B&B's, house rental agencies. Call or email me if you get desperate: Tess at 707-961-1123.
