WOMEN'S SOCCER PAGE

Women over 18 and not playing on a school team are invited to join the Mendo Sea-gals soccer team from the coast. There is a fall women's league composed of teams from all over Mendocino County. The season starts in mid-September and ends in mid-November. Half the games are in Fort Bragg, and the rest are usually in Willits or Ukiah. The team carpools to the away games if possible.

You do not have to be on the team to play with the Sea-gals. Drop-in this year (starting July 2007) for women is every Wednesday evening at 6pm at Dana Gray Elementary (Sanderson midway between Oak and Chestnut). 

Many team members go to tournaments. They usually mix with other team members from Ukiah and Willits to form tournament teams. Some play coed tournaments and some play women's exclusively.
